You will operate within a multi company environment, which includes a service based business and and manufacturing business. You will process and provide data via an ERP system, which includes financial data, WIP processing, manufacturing inventory control, service/repair orders and a privately held structure.
Person will assist with HR functions and a variety of work found in small companies.
EDUCATION: Minimum Associate Degree required but will consider level of experience.PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years accounting experience requiredSPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office SuiteERP and Accounting Software experience, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience helpfulHuman Resource background a definite plusExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsSmall company experience where you enjoy a wide variety of tasksExcellent time management skills and the ability to be dependable
