Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This is a contract position requiring a professional with a strong background in Android mobile application development using Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full software development lifecycle and a passion for creating high-quality mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Proficiency in Android mobile application development using Kotlin.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C# with a strong understanding of object-oriented design.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in Compose Multiplatform or other cross-platform mobile development is a plus.
• iOS mobile application development experience is a bonus but not required.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
