Our law firm client’s 250-person strong litigation team has an immediate need for a savvy, 4-6 year associate attorney to directly support one of their top producing partners in their complex litigation practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all stages of litigation in a wide variety of subject areas, with significant client contact. This is NOT a “cookie-cutter” practice.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of solid civil defense experience, with a professional liability or insurance coverage background strongly preferred;
• Active Georgia bar status;
• Strong writing skills;
• Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, conducting hearings and mediations, and witness interviews and prep.
