Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in general corporate transactional work
* Real Estate experience preferred
* Experience with (some): M&A, forming JV's, capital raise work, asset dispositions, commercial agreements, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, product sales and international licensing agreements
* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
* 1850 billable hour requirement
* CA License, in good standing
