Full-time B2B outside sales role covering a protected local territory. You will prospect, cold call, run meetings, and build a repeat pipeline for first aid and safety programs. Typical duties mirror wholesale/manufacturing outside sales: contacting prospects, explaining products, negotiating, and managing follow-up in a CRM. Knowledge of workplace first aid basics and OSHA context is helpful.

Outside Sales Account Executive – First Aid & Safety

• Location: Kansas City, KS (field-based, local travel)
• Employment type: Full-time
• Pay: Base salary $45,000–$50,000; uncapped commissions and monthly/quarterly bonuses per plan; $10,500 annual phone/vehicle stipend

Key Responsibilities – Account Executive - First Aid & Safety B2B, Kansas City, KS

• Hunt new business via phone blocking, cold calling, email, and in-person canvassing
• Qualify, run needs analyses, and present solutions to decision makers
• Manage pipeline and activity in CRM; document calls, meetings, and outcomes
• Follow up on marketing- and web-generated leads
• Deliver product demos and basic first aid program walk-throughs
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and onboarding with internal teams
• Benchmark high-performing peers and replicate best practices
• Meet weekly activity KPIs and monthly new-revenue targets

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in outside sales or industrial/blue-collar customer environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass drug/background checks

• Bachelor’s degree
• B2B new-logo hunting experience with consistent quota attainment
