Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is thrilled to announce the opening of our 15th location – and our 2nd in The Villages - Southern Trace this October! We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Bartenders to join our Opening Team.

Interviews: Wednesday, September 10 – Friday, October 3, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
Orientation: Monday, October 6 ( mandatory , AM & PM sessions available)
Training: October 7 – 11 ( mandatory , AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Bartender
As a Bartender at Piesanos, you’ll bring the bar to life with your friendly personality, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. You’ll be the face of hospitality for guests at the bar while also supporting the dining room.
At our Southern Trace location, the bar experience focuses on great wine, cold beer, and warm hospitality. You’ll create an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels welcome and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve bar guests with friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Accurately pour and serve a variety of wine and beer selections.
Support servers by fulfilling drink orders for the dining room in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
Minimum Age: 18 years at the time of hire.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
