Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting Location: Hueneme, CA Pay Rate: $85/hour (Local) Contract Length: 30 weeks | Full-Time | 40 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Shift: AM | In-Person Only About the Role We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the school setting. The BCBA will provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations, as well as develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges. This role includes educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery across elementary and Pre-K classrooms. Responsibilities + Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. + Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavior strategies. + Supervise and monitor implementation of behavior plans. + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success. + Ensure compliance with professional standards and district policies. Minimum Requirements + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. + Preferred: Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools. + Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB clearance and health certificate per state regulations. + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
