Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking an **Business Intelligence Analyst** to join the **Data Science & Analytics Skills** team located in **Everett, WA.** As a BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to visualize data effectively. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. + Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across various sources. + Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics. + Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the team. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. + Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling. + Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. + Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
