Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, responding to inquiries and providing guidance with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
Support leadership in coordinating client activities, programs, and initiatives.
Assist in identifying ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
