Position Overview:

We are seeking independent, motivated, and resourceful Healthcare Recruiters to join our fully remote team. In this commission-based role, you will identify, qualify, and submit candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. You’ll earn a minimum of $1,800 per successful placement, with the opportunity to earn more based on role type and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates
Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
Stay organized and track activity in our applicant tracking system
Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with remote work and self-management
Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work
Must have a computer, internet access, and a quiet work environment
