Assist clients by providing clear information about available products and services
Respond to questions regarding coverage and benefit options
Stay up to date on evolving products, services, and client needs
Review client benefit plans regularly to help identify cost-effective solutions
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Comfortable prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
