Dairy Farm Calf Herdsman (6261)

We are a modern progressive dairy located in beautiful Middle Tennessee. Our calf program has both indoor and outdoor raising facilities. We have a position available soon for a self motivated person who has an eye for raising and nurturing calves from birth to weaning. This job includes pasteurization, feeding, facility management and medical treatment as needed.

Interested people should have knowledge of disease prevention and medical treatment. People skills are a plus as this position has assistants. If you have previous experience in calf raising either dairy or beef we would like to discuss you joining our quality dairy team.

Hourly pay based on experience. We have a raising bonus structure that rewards low death loss. Also we have an annual bonus structure related to the overall performance of the dairy.
Housing is available near the farm.
If out of state a moving allowance is available, along with relocation assistance.
