We are a modern progressive dairy located in beautiful Middle Tennessee. Our calf program has both indoor and outdoor raising facilities. We have a position available soon for a self motivated person who has an eye for raising and nurturing calves from birth to weaning. This job includes pasteurization, feeding, facility management and medical treatment as needed.
Interested people should have knowledge of disease prevention and medical treatment. People skills are a plus as this position has assistants. If you have previous experience in calf raising either dairy or beef we would like to discuss you joining our quality dairy team. Hourly pay based on experience. We have a raising bonus structure that rewards low death loss. Also we have an annual bonus structure related to the overall performance of the dairy....buildings, industrial area and/or base storage facilities. Maintains firefighting equipment and fire station facilities. Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment....
