Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Midland/Odessa, Texas

Pay Rate Range: $50,000 - $60,000/year

Job Responsibilities:  

• Provide front-line desktop support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral device issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Support user account setup, permissions, and basic security protocols.
• Document support activities and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology operations.

Requirements:  

• 1+ years experience in desktop support or related IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS; Mac OS skills a plus.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, VPN, remote support tools, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
