Employment Terms:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Length of Contract - August until December
- Work type - Full time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows 10 to 11 migrations and laptops/desktop deployments
- Deploying pre-configured system images onto machines and delivering them to end users
- Troubleshooting & support
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a user-focused approach.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
