Position Summary
Location: Remote / Department: Engineering / Type: Full Time Permanent
We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining our secure and scalable SaaS platform.
This role will be expected to perform the following functions and duties within the organization:
Design, develop, and implement secure infrastructure for our SaaS platform, leveraging cloud technologies (AWS)
Automate the software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD) for rapid and reliable deployments
Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code analysis
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
Develop strong and scalable data pipelines
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and high availability
Continuously improve DevOps processes and tools for increased efficiency and scalability
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for managing and provisioning infrastructure
To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role (3+ years)
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and elasticsearch
Experience with data pipeline (Kafka)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
Working knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding principles)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
