Responsbilities

• Assign repair orders efficiently based on technician skill level, availability, and job complexity
• Maintain a steady workflow by monitoring job progress and technician productivity
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction
• Assist in balancing shop capacity and meeting daily service targets
• Communicate effectively with all service department staff

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in a dealership or high-volume service center
• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and technician capabilities
• Clear, professional communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with scheduling and repair order management systems
