Responsbilities
- Assign repair orders efficiently based on technician skill level, availability, and job complexity
- Maintain a steady workflow by monitoring job progress and technician productivity
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction
- Assist in balancing shop capacity and meeting daily service targets
- Communicate effectively with all service department staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatching experience in a dealership or high-volume service center
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and technician capabilities
- Clear, professional communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and repair order management systems
