Job Description

Total Comfort Solutions is looking for an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team in our Walla Walla, WA office. This person will evaluate customer calls to determine the best technician for the job, strategize the daily and weekly schedule to maximize efficiency, and facilitate an excellent customer experience. 

The ideal candidate is a team-player who finds joy in learning and maximizing their teammates' strengths. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple competing priorities and pivot throughout the day as circumstances change to meet the needs of our customers and technicians. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and determine the best technician for the job. 
• Get to know your teammates and the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to face challenges with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to quickly learn software, familiarity with CRM system (Service Titan) and of Walla Walla and the surrounding area a plus

Compensation: 

$21 - $26/ hour depending on experience.
