What you’ll do

  • Operate and maintain presses for stamping, forming, and shaping metal components.
  • Perform sheet metal fabrication—precise cuts, bends, and finishing operations.
  • Handle saw cutting to prepare materials for production flow.
  • Execute EDM machining to create intricate, precision features.
  • Assemble parts with accurate fit and alignment; perform in-process checks.
  • Inspect finished work to customer and industry standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and keep your work area organized and efficient.

What you bring

  • Experience with press operations, sheet metal work, saw cutting, and EDM machining.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Detail orientation for precision machining and rigorous quality assurance.
  • Mechanical aptitude and on-the-spot problem-solving in production.
  • Commitment to safety and productivity in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative approach and team-first attitude.
  • Ability to read micrometers, gauges and calipers.

  • GD&T
  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • CNC Machine Installation

Physical requirements

  • Operate machinery to cut and shape steel materials.
  • Comfort with heavy machinery and consistent use of proper safety equipment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for safety.
  • Work well with others in a team setting.
  • Work with sheet metal and check for defects as material moves along the line.
  • Embrace cross-training leading to variation in daily tasks.
