Now Hiring: Conventional EDM Machinist (Tooling & Production)We are seeking an experienced Conventional EDM Machinistwith a minimum of 2 years of hands-on EDM machining experience, preferably in tooling and production environments. This role involves setting up and operating conventional EDM machines, manufacturing and redressing electrodes, and working from blueprints and technical documents to meet precise specifications.Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate conventional EDM machines
Manufacture and redress electrodes using toolroom equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, and sketches
Adjust machining parameters to maximize efficiency
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Communicate job status and procedures with team members
Ensure parts meet quality and specification requirements
Schedule: - 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Overtime available as needed
Pay Rate: - $27–$32 per hour, based on experience
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of EDM machining experience
Steel-toed shoes required (safety glasses provided)
Must pass background check and drug screen
