We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team.

This Network Engineer role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise network infrastructures, including SD-WAN, VoIP, and wireless WAN solutions. The ideal Network Engineer will have strong hands-on experience with LAN/WAN technologies, advanced routing protocols, and network automation, along with a passion for building secure, scalable, and high-performing networks. As a Network Engineer , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and ensure reliable connectivity across multi-site environments. This Network Engineer position is well-suited for a technically strong professional with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise network infrastructure. This role focuses on SD-WAN architecture, VoIP systems, and wired and wireless networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

The position requires deep technical expertise in routing and switching, VPN technologies, and network monitoring, as well as experience supporting cloud-connected and hybrid environments. The Network Engineer will also contribute to automation initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and lead efforts to modernize legacy network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless network infrastructures.

  • Implement and support VoIP and Unified Communications solutions.

  • Administer advanced routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.

  • Configure and manage VPN technologies, QoS policies, and firewall solutions.

  • Support 4G/5G Wireless WAN, failover, and backup connectivity solutions.

  • Monitor network performance using SNMP and diagnostic tools; troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and cabling infrastructure.

  • Integrate cloud and hybrid identity solutions using Azure Active Directory.

  • Automate network operations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams on network initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SD-WAN architecture and implementation.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN environments.

  • 4+ years of experience with VoIP and Unified Communications technologies.

  • Strong expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF).

  • 3+ years of experience with VPN technologies and QoS implementation.

  • Experience supporting multi-vendor network environments (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco).

  • 3+ years of experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

  • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity integrations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with network automation frameworks and scripting.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models.

  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.

  • CCNA certification (in progress or completed).
