Part-Time Event Coordinator – Boohoff Law

What You’ll Do: 

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for firm events (internal staff events, community events, client appreciation functions, etc.).
• Assist with event promotion, invitations, and RSVP tracking.
• Coordinate with staff and leadership to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events.
• Track event outcomes and provide feedback for improvements.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Prior experience in event planning or coordination (professional or volunteer).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed for events (including some evenings and weekends).

Schedule & Pay: 

• Part-time, approximately 5-10 hours per week (hours will vary depending on event schedule).
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
