This isn’t just a front desk position — you’re the first impression.
You’ll welcome guests from all over, set the tone for their stay, and help create the warm, memorable experience that Vero Beach Inn & Suites is known for. The environment is relaxed, but your impact is big.
Customer service experience is preferred, but professionalism, communication, and attitude are what truly matter.
Shift: Swing Shift – mostly 3 PM–11 PM , with some 7 AM–3 PM shifts.
Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
Managing guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests
Resolving concerns and ensuring every guest feels respected and valued
Providing hotel and local area information
Supporting your team to keep operations running smoothly
