Full Charge Bookkeeper

Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the daily accounting operations for a fast-growing wholesale/distribution company. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in building structure and supporting the financial foundation of the business. You’ll handle A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and invoicing while ensuring smooth daily financial operations.
Must-Haves
3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
Strong work ethic and hands-on approach
Team player with excellent organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handle daily invoicing for retail shipments (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, etc.)
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform bank reconciliations
Track and support collections to ensure timely payments
Assist in resolving chargebacks and vendor discrepancies
Provide financial reports and updates to management
Support the transition from manual to more efficient accounting processes
Qualifications
3–5 years bookkeeping experience (wholesale, retail, or distribution preferred)
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
