Full Charge Bookkeeper

Hours:M-Th 9-6 & Friday 9-4

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the daily accounting operations for a fast-growing wholesale/distribution company. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in building structure and supporting the financial foundation of the business. You’ll handle A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and invoicing while ensuring smooth daily financial operations.

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach

• Team player with excellent organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Handle daily invoicing for retail shipments (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, etc.)

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform bank reconciliations

• Track and support collections to ensure timely payments

• Assist in resolving chargebacks and vendor discrepancies

• Provide financial reports and updates to management

• Support the transition from manual to more efficient accounting processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (wholesale, retail, or distribution preferred)

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
