Overview:

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Business & Transactions Department in Seattle. This role focuses on advising employers and foreign nationals on a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including PERM, case management, legal research, and compliance. Experience with hourly billing is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience advising employers and foreign nationals on immigration matters.
• Strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills.
• Active Washington bar license, or ability to waive in from another jurisdiction.
