Your impact

• Run multiple injection molding lines and associated packaging equipment
• Diagnose and resolve line issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Record production data accurately and on time
• Deliver on quality: perfect case audits, accurate docket information, ZR verification, and thorough visual inspections
• Coach and train newer operators on equipment operation and paperwork

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3+ years in manufacturing as an operator or maintenance tech; preferred: 1+ year in injection molding
• Manual dexterity, steady hand/eye coordination
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Analytical approach and basic troubleshooting ability
• Comfort using calculators to compute and document production metrics
• Working knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., level)
• Understanding of product quality standards
• Familiarity with principles of Thermoforming machines
