Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm

As our Inventory Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations smooth and efficient—ensuring every product is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it’s needed.

What You’ll Do

• Pick & Sort with Precision
• Accurately pick items for orders using RF scanners
• Sort incoming and outgoing products to ensure correct bin placement

Own the Inventory

• Perform regular bin cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Help reconcile inventory discrepancies and flag issues before they become problems

Keep It Flowing

• Support inventory movements, transfers, restocking, and returns
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What You Bring

• Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control (preferred)
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing it right
• Ability to lift/move items (up to 40 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Team-first attitude — but can also work independently
