As an IT Business Analyst, you will…

• Learn the functionality of the D365 Finance and Operations/AX 2012 software
• Translate business requirements into functional design for the development team to implement
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams and are in line with the company´s standards/processes
• Work hand-in-hand with Support and Onsite consulting teams to troubleshoot and classify defects, prioritize appropriately and ensure expected functionality is fully understood
• Do testing on bugfixes and enhancement developments
• Work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs
• Occasionally lead calls/meetings with clients
• Run internal training and prepare training materials

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Logistics Management or related area
• 5 + years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
• Striving for continuous learning and development, diligent and responsible attitude
• Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions
• Demonstration of attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid experience with ERP products (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics products etc. as a key user, business analyst or consultant)
• Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics product is a huge advantage (e.g. as a key user, business analyst or consultant)
