In the role of Manager, Physical Security Systems working in  Milwaukee, Wisconsin , you will be part of the North America Legal Team. You  will   be  responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of physical security systems across the Americas. This role oversees a team managing access control, CCTV, mass communication systems, and other physical security systems. The position plays a critical role in capital project planning, system health monitoring, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance security capabilities and drive cost efficiencies.  

 

This position reports to the Sr.  Director Global Security & Crisis Management.  

 

What  You’ll Be Brewing :  

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5  talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations  

  • Lead the administration and performance of physical security systems and supporting technologies across on-premises and cloud environments.   

  • Establish and enforce standards for system access, backups, and incident response. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.   

  • Manage security-related capital projects, including resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, performance tracking, change  managem e nt , and reporting.  

  • Partner with IT to assess and enhance system security, apply patches, and deploy new software and hardware releases.  

  • Research and recommend  new technologies that enhance capabilities and reduce costs in partnership with IT and leadership.  

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through system consolidation, automation, or process improvements.

  • You have a  Bachelor’s degree  in   project management , technology, or a related field.  

  • You have at least 3-5  years experience in   physical security systems design, implementation, and management within a multi-site organization.  

  • You have a d eep knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, visitor management, and mass communication systems. Experience with C*Cure and  ExacqV ision preferred.  

  • You have e xperience integrating physical security systems with IT infrastructure and other enterprise platforms.  

  • You have an u nderstanding of how physical security systems intersect with cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies.  

  • You are proficient  in managing capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.  

  • You use analytics and metrics to assess system performance and inform strategic decisions.  

  • You have a proven ability to lead and develop a team of security systems professionals.  

  • You have  s trong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Facilities, Legal) and external partners.  

  • You are able to evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve security posture and operational efficiency.  

  • You are able to lead organizational change, especially when implementing  new technologies or processes.  

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  

  • You take accountability for results – acting with  integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $71,000.00-  $93,200.00(posting salary range) + 10 target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
