Job Description
Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in campaign coordination, data analysis, and internal communication across departments. This role is crucial to ensuring the timely and effective implementation of marketing efforts that align with client goals and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
Track marketing performance metrics and report findings to the marketing team.
Coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and product launches.
Help manage internal documentation and ensure brand consistency across materials.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
