Our Solution:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to support our trade show and conference marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll assist in planning and executing industry events, ensuring seamless coordination and effective brand representation. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers to manage logistics, marketing materials, and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Research, select, and register for conferences and trade shows, evaluating new opportunities based on team insights and industry trends.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including booth spaces, sponsorships, accommodations, and travel arrangements for team members.

  • Manage exhibitor prospectuses and order necessary services and supplies.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive trade booth traffic.

  • Create engaging content for various platforms to build excitement before, during, and after events.

  • Provide pre-conference briefings and communicate with event representatives to ensure smooth onsite setup and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain and update conference supplies, brochures, and promotional items.

  • Analyze event success, gather feedback, and propose improvements for future participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Experience coordinating logistics, working with vendors, and managing deadlines.

  • Experience working with Google’s Suite of Workplace Tools, WordPress, Hubspot, and Salesforce.

  • Ability to travel up to 10 times annually within the continental United States for onsite event management and support.
