Opportunity awaits if you're interested in working as an independent contractor. We are looking for a mobile phlebotomist to help in insurance and corporate wellness.

Job Description:

Responsible for obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
Travel to patients' locations for appointments.
Paid per appointment and service provided, (this is not an hourly position).
Bi-Weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs & medical history.
Accurately labeling all samples.
Packaging and distributing samples and paperwork to their required destinations.

Requirements:

Proven experienced phlebotomist.
Valid driver's license.
Valid auto Insurance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail-oriented organizational skills.
Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and printer/scanner to upload completed documents.
Must pass background and drug screen.
