Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour (DOE)

Perform in-home RN assessments and create care plans
Conduct caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits
Ensure care documentation is accurate and compliant
Collaborate with office staff to support client health goals
Active RN license in New Jersey
1+ years of nursing experience (geriatric experience a plus)
6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and clean background
Passion for senior care and the ability to work independently
