Huston Cadillac GMC in Lake Wales has an immediate opportunity for an experienced part time Receptionist. As a first point of contact, our Receptionist helps set the tone for the customer's experience. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with upbeat, confident communication skills. We need someone reliable, team-oriented, and professional to join our award-winning dealership. Prior dealership experience is preferred.

SCHEDULE:

Immediate Hire Monday-Friday from 3pm-7pm Saturday from 8am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers a multi-line phone system, routs calls, and takes messages
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing basic information and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
• Greets showroom guests in a hospitable manner and determines the nature of their visit
• Directs guests to the correct department / notifies the appropriate employee that a guest is waiting
• Exhibits ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
• Maintains safe and clean reception area
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior receptionist/phone bank experience required, dealership preferred
• Must be able to work every Saturday from 8am-5pm
• Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exhibits a confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
