L’industrie Pizzeria is seeking a talented and passionate pizza maker to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for making pizza at a rapid pace ensuring high quality, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate will be a skilled pizza maker with a positive attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively in a high-energy, intense environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to L’Industrie’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stocked.
• Ensure all use next dough is ready to go.
• Work efficiently to maintain quick service during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Take feedback and direction from supervisors and teammates with a positive attitude and a willingness to improve.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable taking constructive criticism and using it for personal and professional growth.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for pizza and a strong desire to deliver excellent food to customers.
