Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Editor to join the Warehouse by Mudita team. If you're passionate about storytelling through sound, have a strong ear for quality, and know your way around audio editing tools, this is the perfect opportunity to bring stories to life and amplify the voices behind our brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit and mix podcast episodes for clarity, flow, and quality
2. Remove background noise, filler words, and awkward pauses
3. Add intros, outros, sound effects, and background music where needed
4. Ensure consistent audio levels and mastering across episodes
5. Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content teams on creative direction
6. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest enhancements
7. Manage file organisation and episode archiving

Requirements & Skills :

1. Proven experience editing podcasts or similar audio content.
2. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of audio mixing, mastering, and file formats.
4. Creative mindset with attention to pacing and tone.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
6. Bonus: Experience with video podcast editing and basic visual editing tools
