Private Chef – Miami Beach 

Kahlon Hospitality is seeking a full-time Private Chef for an elite household in Miami Beach. This is a long-term role with travel to New York during the summer.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time.
• Meals: Breakfast (prepped in advance), healthy grab-and-go lunches, afternoon snacks, and a beautifully plated dinner served by 5:30 PM.
• Cuisine Style: International – Mediterranean, Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, and New American with a focus on health, balance, and presentation.
• Travel: Summer relocation to New York (approx. 1–1.5 months).

Expectations

• Plan and execute seasonal, creative, health-conscious menus.
• Handle grocery shopping (premium sourcing required).
• Maintain a spotless, well-organized kitchen and refrigerator.
• Provide family-friendly service with professionalism, discretion, and warmth.
• Collaborate smoothly with household staff and principals.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in private households or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of healthy, international cuisines.
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and elegant presentation.
• Flexible, discreet, and able to travel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE).
• Extras: Performance bonus + several weeks paid vacation.
