Job Description
Registered Nurse (PRN) SNF Location: Gloucester, MA, 01930
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Payrate: $40 - $44/hr (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform resident assessments and develop/update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Document all care accurately using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent SNF experience
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Availability for scheduled shifts , including weekends
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
