• Salary range for Safety Facilitator $30.13/hr  
• Schedule Monday - Friday, 5:45am-2:15pm (Flexible with discussion)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Tacoma, as the Safety Facilitator :

• Ability to intervene in where there may be a compromising safety situation occurring.
• The ideal candidate will interact on a regular basis with regulators, such as Washington L&I, OSHA and Washington Employers, etc.
• This candidate will be able to challenge employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a positive, professional manner.
• Capable of planning and leading meetings with a variety of peers and leaders.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a safety role (warehouse, production, etc.) is required.
• Computer proficiency is required, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience with SAP (preferred)
• OSHA certified (preferred)
• Has knowledge of VPP
• Critical thinker who is innovative and can prioritize the business needs appropriately.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions.
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Strong focus on research and development (training programs), as well as creating reports.
• Minimal travel and overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Hours:  Monday - Friday, 5:45am-2:15pm (Flexible with discussion)
