What You’ll Do

• Drive B2B sales for memberships, headhunting, staffing, and recruiting services.
• Hunt down decision-makers, pitch our solutions, and close deals fast .
• Manage your pipeline and hit — or exceed — monthly revenue targets.
• Build relationships with CEOs, HR directors, and business owners.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction .

Compensation

Commission-Only | Top performers can earn six figures .

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• A proven closer with 2+ years in B2B sales , ideally in staffing, recruiting, or membership-based programs .
• Fearless attitude — you thrive on challenges and love exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a strong plus, not required
