The Role:

Vizcom is building the future of industrial design — a real-time, AI-powered creative tool that takes ideas from sketch to render in seconds. We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Web Designer to help us bring that story to life across each customer touchpoint & channel.

As the Sr. Brand & Web Designer you’ll own the evolution of our visual brand, marketing assets and website, working closely with our marketing, GTM, and product teams to craft design that resonates with a creative, visually driven audience. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how the world experiences Vizcom — from high-impact brand moments to fast-moving product launches.

How You’ll Do It:

• Evolve and implement our brand system across digital, web, campaigns, and product storytelling

• Design and build Webflow pages to support launches, updates, and always-on marketing

• Translate complex product value props into compelling visual narratives and systems while partnering with marketing, GTM and product teams

• Collaborate with and extend our product design: work hand in hand with our product design team to influence how we showcase our features and translate what hits back into our product experience too

• Create assets across multiple formats: static, motion, interactive web — and manage motion/3D contractors as needed

• Ensure creative consistency across touchpoints: web, social, events, campaigns, and product GTM

• Have fun pushing the limits : Vizcom is a design tool built by and for designers — our creative brand should speak to designers, trends, and play homage to the messy middle of going from sketch to production

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–8 years experience in brand, web, or marketing design (agency or in-house)

• Deep experience designing for web and marketing — and ideally shipping in Webflow

• Strong visual instincts and systems thinking — you can translate a brand into a living, breathing system

• Comfortable working independently, but collaborative and low-ego

• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where design drives the story

• As a colleague, you enjoy planning, executing, winning and celebrating as a team

• Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment

• Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, 3D workflows, or creative tools used by industrial designers, artists, or product teams

• Bonus x2: Familiarity and interest in product design and/or working closely with product design teams and systems

Compensation:

Our compensation is tiered by U.S. location to ensure equity across our remote team. We benchmark at the 75th percentile using industry-standard data sets (Carta, Pave). For this role, base salary and equity will be determined based on your zone:

• Zone 1 (e.g. SF, NYC, LA, Seattle): $130K–$150K base + equity
  

• Zone 2 (e.g. Austin, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia): $115K–$135K base + equity
  

• Zone 3 (e.g. Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Kansas City): $100K–$120K base + equity

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
