Precision HR is seeking several full time Paraprofessionals in Northfield, MN. Multiple positions offer the opportunity to work with students across all age groups.

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
8:00-3:15pm (1 short term, part time opening 8:00am - 1:45pm)
$22/hr, paid weekly!

Qualifications:
At least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits) through an accredited institution of higher education; or minimum of an Associate’s degree; or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment test.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals, including those outlined in IEPs
• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson preparation, and activity facilitation
• Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
