Position : Sr. Salesforce Developer/Architect
Location : Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (Must be local)
Duration : long term contract
Experience : Must be 15+ Years
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to partner effectively with end users and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong background in Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing)
Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
IT-related education or relevant coursework
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite per week)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience conducting design and code reviews
Familiarity with Salesforce security, governor limits, and testing standards
Background in optimizing performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom LWC components and Apex classes
Build and optimize Apex triggers, batch classes, and integrations
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
Debug and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues
Conduct design and code reviews while enforcing best practices
Partner with end users to gather requirements and design solutions
Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices
