Role: Sterile Processing Tech
Schedule: 3x12 schedule (10:00 AM-10:30 PM)

Role Snapshot:
- Decon & HLD , manual/ultrasonic cleaning, washers/sterilizers
- Tray/set assembly, case carts , preference cards, proper wrapping/labeling
- Sterilization: Steam , IUSS , Steris , Sterrad , EtO with bio/chem indicators
- Endoscope/probe reprocessing; documentation in SPM
- Call & weekends required as scheduled; no block schedules ; no floating outside SPD
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years recent hospital SPD experience
- CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA (e.g., CRCST/CSPDT)
- Comfort with general, lap, ortho/totals, neuro, OB/GYN, plastics, robotics, urology, vascular sets
Compliance & Vaccines:
- Flu required (no exemptions) ; COVID not required
- Standard background/drug screen and onboarding
