The ideal candidate will possess strong fabrication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a dedication to quality and safety. **Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel sheet metal components. + Fabricate parts per blueprints and technical drawings. + Square and fit materials accurately. + Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. + Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications. + Maintain tools and adhere to company safety standards. + Execute sanitary welds for food and pharmaceutical manufacturers. **Essential Skills:** + 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience on stainless steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Familiarity with fabrication tools and processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + AWS certification or equivalent is preferred. + Experience with assembly, press brake, hand tools, and grinding. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values quality and safety, offering opportunities to work on projects for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
