Consult with clients to understand travel needs and budgets
Research destinations, lodging, flights, tours, and activities
Create personalized travel itineraries
Book hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, and excursions
Provide support before, during, and after travel
Stay updated on travel policies and industry trends
Maintain accurate client and booking records
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent research and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Experience in travel or hospitality is helpful (not required)
Familiarity with booking tools is a plus
