Job Description

Exotic Automotive Service Technician
Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, and Rolls Royce Motorcars of Nashville (DBA. Carlock Motorcars)

Carlock Motorcars of Nashville is seeking an experienced Exotic Automotive Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. We represent some of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world and are committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our clients.

We are looking for master level technicians or experienced professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technician seeking a better work schedule and hours, along with the chance to work on world class exotic and ultra luxury vehicles.

Please note: we are not currently offering relocation assistance, but may consider it for highly qualified candidates with the right experience.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 730 AM to 5:00 PM
- Some Saturdays required (rarely, and scheduled ahead)

Technician Requirements
- Must provide own tools
- We are not currently hiring entry level technicians
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems
- Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment focused on excellence and client satisfaction

Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Collaborate with service director and advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
- Provide detailed documentation and repair stories for each client repair
- Follow all dealership guidelines for vehicle care and client service
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in their professional growth
- Participate in company and manufacturer sponsored training to stay current with technical advancements
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety and hazardous waste handling

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal technical training or equivalent professional experience
- Valid operator driver's license
- State inspection license where applicable
- Manufacturer certifications a plus
