Position Overview

As a Virtual Travel Agent you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish. This is a client-facing, service-driven role, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and excited about travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
  
• Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
  
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements
  
• Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and professional communication
  
• Stay informed on travel trends, tools, and partner offerings
