Start your new career as a Warehouse Operator - Packer with MAU at BOMAG in Ridgeway, SC. As a Warehouse Operator - Packer, you will play a key role in preparing, auditing, and shipping materials while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safe handling practices
• Experience working at heights in a warehouse or distribution center environment (required)
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks or aerial lifts
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
• Comfortable reading pick lists, bills of lading, and blueprints
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse equipment (RF scanners, scales, printers)
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Operator - Packer:

• Read and execute pick lists, bills of lading, and material drawings
• Audit, pack, and securely ship materials per SOPs
• Operate RF scanners, printers, computers, and shipping tools
• Report low inventory or quality issues to the Work Center Lead
• Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S standards
• Ensure safe and ethical conduct at all times
• Support inventory and shipping inquiries from the parts sales team
