About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to help clients plan, book, and enjoy seamless travel experiences. From luxury getaways to business travel, youll be the go-to expert for crafting personalized trips with exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.)
- Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and packages
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Keep up-to-date on travel trends, restrictions, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and itineraries
- Resolve issues and provide support before, during, and after travel
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and follow-up
