Job Description

Local parking company is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Operations and Maintenance team on Third Shift . This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, clean, and compliant operation of our parking facilities overnight. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working independently, and possess basic maintenance and enforcement knowledge.

You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections and light maintenance (lighting, signage, trash removal, sweeping, etc.)
• Report and address minor facility issues (leaks, graffiti, mechanical problems)
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of parking areas, stairwells, and elevators

Operations:

• Monitor and support automated parking equipment (ticket machines, gates, etc.)
• Respond to system alerts or customer service calls
• Maintain accurate overnight activity logs

Enforcement:

• Conduct patrols of surface lots and garages for compliance with posted rules
• Issue parking violations or tow notices as required
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or contracted tow services when necessary

Monitoring and Reporting

• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and operational checklists.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding facility status.

Qualifications:

Educational and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, parking, or facility operations preferred.

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach and perform light physical tasks for extended periods.
• Drivers License with clean driving record.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Drive personal vehicle during work to multiple locations.
• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and a motor vehicle records check.
